How to use it on a daily basis

Good news: it's very easy to prepare. For a homemade infusion, boil a tablespoon of cloves in a liter of water for ten minutes. Strain, let it cool slightly, and enjoy, up to three cups a day. Ideal for coughs, minor inflammation, or to support digestion.

For brittle nails or fungal infections, consider using clove oil. Mix 30 grams of cloves in 200 ml of olive oil, heat in a double boiler for one hour, then strain. Apply directly to the affected areas.

You can also prepare an extract by macerating 100 grams of cloves in one liter of alcohol for at least two months. Once the liquid has turned brown, it is ready. Diluted in water, it makes an excellent natural mouthwash or relieves skin itching and insect bites.

⚠️ A small precaution to keep in mind: cloves are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 6 years old, or people suffering from gastrointestinal or neurological disorders. Always consult your doctor before using them as a health supplement.
